A most delightful ice cream cake!
I attempted to make an ice cream cake for my husband for Father's Day. I had drooled (yes, publicly) over the ice cream cakes made at my local Coldstone Creamery. And then I checked out the price... whoa! So I used my resources, i.e. Google, and made my own. A chocolate cake, some Tillamook Mudslide ice cream and some chocolate frosting and wah-la! A triple chocolate mound of goodness (and calories!) to enjoy. My husband sure enjoyed it and was shocked that I had baked, let alone a cake that has alot of steps to it!
